AI Clipping Generator is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the service collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

Account information from Google sign-in (name, email address, profile image). YouTube links you submit, videos processed through the service, and the clips generated for you. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

To download and analyze the videos you submit, extract highlight clips, save them to your gallery, manage credits and billing, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Video analysis is processed by our AI provider (MuAPI).

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: MuAPI (AI video analysis), Stripe (payments), and Google (sign-in). We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Your clips are kept in your gallery while your account is active. You may delete creations in the product, and you may request deletion of your account data through the contact options on bookaistudio.com.
