These terms govern your use of AI Clipping Generator, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

The service downloads videos from links you submit and uses AI to extract highlight clips. Only submit videos you own or have the rights to download and repurpose. Downloading or redistributing other creators' content without permission may violate their rights and YouTube's terms, and is prohibited here.

Your content

You are responsible for every link you submit and for how you use the clips you create. We do not claim ownership of your clips; you keep the rights you hold in the source material, subject to the rights of the original creators.

Credits and payment

Clipping features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
